Welcome to "Taste the Love"…

Recipes to Feed your Body and your Soul!

Cooking is a passion of mine! Entertaining at home with family and friends is one of my favorite pleasures. I don't believe in diets, but I do believe in eating healthy. Research shows that most people that incorporate a large portion of their daily meals consisting of "Whole Foods", will improve digestion and elimination, lose unwanted pounds, improve sleep patterns and experience increased energy. All lead to a longer, healthier life.

Most every morning, my day begins with a "Whole Foods Smoothie". It gets me off to a good start, gets everything moving efficiently and my attitude and mental clarity operate at an optimum level.

One of the most important tools in my kitchen is my blender. There are many on the market, but I have found that they don't do the job! I recommend purchasing a Blendtec or Vita-Mix. Both will fully emulsify and create creamy and delicious "Whole Foods Smoothies" and fantastic healthy soups.

I enjoy a variety of smoothies, each one rich in fruits and vegetables, and sometimes include seeds, nuts, protein powder, herbs and spices. I buy organic and locally grown fruits and vegetables whenever possible, especially berries and green leafy vegetables. Each chosen ingredient has a purpose and the end result will be the beginning of a healthier You!
